Likes/upvotes for poll answers

It would be great to be able to "like" or somehow recognize others' answers to polls. When professors post everyone's responses to a poll for discussion, I often find the urge to like/upvote particular answers to show the writer that I agreed with, learned from, or just generally appreciated the response.

Direct Voting for a Written Poll Question

Often professors ask us to go through the written answers of poll questions of our classmates and vote on them or point out which one is best. Currently, we either have to do these in chat or verbally.
It would make sense be able to express our opinion on these questions directly. Both as a form of feedback and praise for our classmates as well as a voting tool for the professor.
