Just noticed this is planned. I personally don't think this is a good idea. It's hard to not notice that you are talking when you need push-to-talk (although maybe this can be implemented only in cases where it's not push-to-talk). This notification can also be distracting or inaccurate.

I think this can be distracting because Minervans often take class outdoors, or atleast in presence of a roommate, where there is noise (someone else speaking) which could be detected as the main student's voice and unnecessarily show a notice.
